The Vision

Dr. Fletcher is a first-generation college graduate from a low-income working-class family in rural Arkansas. She watched her mom and other family members work tirelessly so that she and the other children had what they needed to survive. After making several very poor financial decisions during college and in her early 20s, she vowed not only drastically change her spending habits but to also make sure people around her had the knowledge required to prevent them from making the same mistakes.
